食管癌患者术后应用沐舒坦的疗效观察 预览 被引量:2

摘要 食管癌手术系开胸手术,由于食管位置深在,在游离过程中难免对肺组织及心脏产生直接或间接的机械性挤压及损伤,极易引发术后各类并发症的发生,尤其是肺部并发症.这在患者肺部原有病变如肺气肿的情况下更为突出,严重者可致患者死亡.沐舒坦作为新一代表面活性物质激活剂,在呼吸道的保护、呼吸道疾病的预防和治疗中具有多种作用.
