配变及无功补偿装置在线监测管理系统研究

摘要 针对农村电网配变及无功补偿装置安装分散、维护和管理困难的特点,基于先进、可靠的GPRS网络技术,开发了配变及无功补偿装置在线监测管理系统。系统分为数据采集、数据传输、数据存储、数据分析四层,采用B/S结构设计,便于系统的升级和维护。系统集配变监测、无功补偿控制、电能质量监测、电能计量、RTU(三遥)等功能于一体,可对配变开关和电容器的开关位置实现远程监视,远程遥控电容器组的投切,通过采集到的配变负载率等数据可对配变做出经济运行分析,利用电容器投切记录来判断无功补偿设备运行状态,电容器运行状态以及无功补偿效益分析;利用配变的历史运行数据,为配变增容、更换等提供依据;通过配变的电能计量和台区的集中抄表,可以准确计算低压台区的线损;对于系统的事件记录,可以根据事件的级别通过短信息功能,及时发送到相关责任人的手机上,提高事件的处理效率。通过对系统在某供电公司运行效果分析,表明系统提高了低压配变的管理水平,提高了电能质量,提高了无功补偿设备的利用率,创造了较大的经济和社会效益。 For power distribution system,transformers and reactive power compensation devices install scattered,which is difficult to maintenance and management.Based on an advanced,reliable GPRS network technology,a new system has been developed to monitor distribution transformers and reactive power compensation devices on-line.System is divided into data acquisition,data transmission,data storage and data analysis four levels,using B/S structure,easy system upgrades and maintenance.System set such functions as distribution transformer monitoring,reactive compensation control,power quality monitoring,energy metering,RTU and other functions into one.System achieves remote monitoring with the switch position of switches and capacitors,remote control of switching capacitor banks.Through the collection of the distribution transformer load rate data,system can make the economic operation analysis for distribution transformers.By using capacitor switching records,system can determine the reactive power compensation equipment running status,operation status,and can get the result of reactive power compensation-benefit analysis.By using the historical operating data of distribution transformers,system can provide the basis for transformer capacity increase or transformer replacement.Through the energy metering of distribution transformer and the centralized meter reading of Transformer District,system can accurately calculate the low-voltage station area line losses.According to the importance level of different events,some event records may be timely delivery to the relevant persons' cell phone to improve the processing efficiency via SMS messaging capabilities.The analysis of test run results in power company indicates that system improve the management level of low-voltage tranformers,improve power quality,increase the utilization of reactive power compensation equipment,creating a larger economic and social benefits.
