碳氮含量对含钒铁素体不锈钢高温性能的影响 预览

The influence of carbon and nitrogen content on high temperature performance of vanadium containing ferritic stainless steel

摘要 为研究碳氮含量对其高温热拉伸及热压缩性能的影响,以含钒铁素体不锈钢为实验材料,采用Gleeble3500试验机进行热模拟实验,并对热压缩后试样的显微组织进行了金相观察和SEM检测,对析出相采用TEM分析.结果表明:钒元素的加入在一定程度上提高了材料的高温性能;在实验设计的成分范围内,较高的氮含量和低的碳含量组合能在保证材料韧塑性的前提下提高强度;热压后缓冷至室温,材料中将出现部分马氏体组织. The influence of carbon and nitrogen content on high temperature performance of vanadium containing ferritic stainless steel was researched by means of Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation equipment. And the microstructure of the hot compression test specimens was investigated with optical microscopy, as well as scanning electron microscopy. TEM was used to analyse the precipitates. Results show that vanadium can promote the high temperature performance of ferritic stainless steel. With high nitrogen content and low carbon content, the value of ductility and toughness can get improved, while no loss of strength. Martensite can be observed in the microstructure at room temperature.
