熔融织构YBCO211粒子间距与Jc的关系 预览

STUDY ON J_c BEHAVIOR AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF 211 PARTICLES IN MTG YBCO

摘要 本文采用透射电镜对熔融织构YBCo 211粒子附近的缺陷进行了仔细观察,发现211粒子间缺陷形态与两个211粒子间的距离有关,随着211粒子间距离的缩短,孪晶间距增大,而孪晶界厚度减小,当两211粒子间距小于0.51μm时,211粒子间出现无缺陷区。用裂纹模型对无缺陷区的产生进行了分析,并讨论了临界电流密度与211粒子间距的关系。 The microstructures of MTG YBCO near 211 phase clusters inside the sample have been studied by means of transmission electron microscope. The results indicate that crystal defects around 211 phase are closely related to the distance between 211 particles (d211).With the decease of d211, the twin spacing increases. Simultaneously, the thickness of twin boundary decreases. When d211 is less than 0.51μm, there are almost no defects between 211 particles. By establishing crack model, we have analyzed the mechanism of the emergence of defect-free-zone. The relationship between d211 and Jc has been discussed in this paper.
