漆籽漆蜡(油)提取方法的研究 预览 被引量:31

Extraction method of lacquer wax(oil) from lacquer seed

摘要 采用溶剂浸提法和超临界CO2萃取技术对漆籽中漆蜡(油)提取方法进行了研究.结果表明,乙醚是漆籽籽皮中漆蜡的最佳浸提剂,浸提温度低、时间短,产品与溶剂易分离,漆蜡萃取率达64.0%;超临界CO2萃取漆籽籽核中漆蜡(油)的最佳操作条件为压力25 MPa,温度35℃,CO2流量1 kg/(h·g漆籽),漆蜡(油)萃取率为20.2%.提取漆籽漆蜡(油)的总萃取率为40.7%,明显高于传统漆蜡(油)提取工艺的出蜡(油)率. Lacquer wax(oil) was extracted from lacquer seed using solvent extraction process in combination with supercritical CO_2 extraction technology.The effect of different kinds of solvent was studied on extraction yield from the lacquer seed hull.The results show that the absolute ether or ethanol is the efficient solvent with the feature of low extraction temperature,short time and high extraction yield.The influence of different pressure, temperature and flow of CO_2 on extraction yield of the lacquer wax(oil) in kernel was also studied by orthogonal experiment.The optimum conditions are 25 MPa,35℃ and 1 kg/(h·g) in the discharge of CO_2 to lacquer seeds.Under the optimum conditions of solvent extraction and supercritical CO_2 extraction,total extraction yield of 40.7% is obtained to the lacquer wax(oil),which is obviously higher than that by traditional extraction technology.
