不同产地丹参水溶性成分和脂溶性成分指纹图谱测定及相关性研究 预览 被引量:29

摘要 目的分析不同产地丹参水溶性成分和脂溶性成分指纹图谱的变化情况,研究丹参脂溶性成分含量与水溶性成分含量之间的相关性.方法采用HPLC法测定不同产地丹参水溶性成分、脂溶性成分的指纹图谱以及主要成分的含量,运用SPSS统计软件分析丹参成分变化情况.结果丹参脂溶性成分和水溶性成分指纹图谱随产地不同而变化,丹参脂溶性成分含量与水溶性成分含量高低无内在关系.结论建议制订丹参丹酚酸类成分含量,作为适用于丹参类注射液用的丹参药材标准,以区别于供复方丹参片等制剂用的丹参. Object To study the different fingerprints of hydrophilic and hydrophobic components in roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. collected from different habitats, and discovery the relationship between the two types of components. Methods The fingerprints were detected by RP-HPLC and the results were analyzed by SPSS software. Results Roots of S. miltiorrhiza collected from different habitats showed different fingerprints of hydrophilic and hydrophobic components, there is no obvious relationship between the two types of components. Conclusion In order to control the quality of 5. miltiorrhiza roots that is used to manufacture injections, we must assay the hydrophilic components, such as salvianolic acid B should be determinded.
