Effects of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 and its products on cardiovascular system

摘要 新近发现一种血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)同类酶,命名为血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2),此酶在结构、功能等方面与ACE有所不同,其转换产物血管紧张素-(1-9)和血管紧张素(1-7)在功能上与血管紧张素转换酶转换产物AngⅡ部分相拮抗.本文就此酶及其产物的研究做一综述. Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2) is the first homologue of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) , it has been characterized . The effects of ACE2 are partially opposite of those of ACE . Moreover ,the effects of ACE2's products are partially opposite of those of Ang Ⅱ . In this article, we will review novel aspects of the ACE2 and its products.
