Application of geostatistics in the research of plant disease epidemiology

摘要 病害空间规律是植物病害流行学研究的一大内容.对于病害空间规律的研究与病害时间规律相比一直显得不足,地统计学技术由于其在研究空间数据方面的优势而得到广泛的应用.简单地介绍了地统计学的基本原理,并对地统计学技术在植物病害流行和病害治理研究中的应用做了介绍. The spatial regularity of plant disease is important in plant disease epidemiology.The spatial analysis of plant disease is less than the temporal analysis of plant disease in past.Geostatistics is applied in most areas due to the advantages of the analysis of spatial data.The paper discussed principally the fundamental principles of geostatistics and its research approach in plant disease epidemiology and management.
