Purpose To study the changes of blood coagulation and fibrinolytic function before and after interventional therapy of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods To analyze prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinoger (Fg), coagulate factorVⅡ(FVⅡ),factorVⅢ(FVⅢ),factorX(FX) with the light scattering turbidimetry,and P-Selectin (Ps),Vou willebrand factor (vWF), urokinase profibrinolytic activating factor (uPA) were examined by ELISA, uPA' s inhibitor (PAI) with the chromogenic substances. Results 1. PT,APTT,TT,Ps, vWF and uPA in group before therapy were higher than those in control group, while Fg,FVⅡ,FVⅢ and FX in group before therapy were lower than those in control group.2. PT, APTT,Ps, vWF and uPA in group after therapy were lower than before therapy, while FVⅡand FVⅢin group after therapy were higher than before therapy. 3. PT, APTT,Ps,vWF and uPA in group after therapy were higher than those in control group, while Fg.FVⅡ, FVⅢ and FX in group after therapy were lower than those in control. Conclusions The blood coagulation of primary hepatoceEular carcinoma were decreased, the fibrinolysis was increased, platelet was activated, and abated after interventional therapy, but did not resume normal.
