薄荷脑促扑热息痛透过胎儿皮肤实验的电镜观察及其助渗机制的探讨 预览 被引量:56

摘要 主要研究了中药薄荷脑作为渗透促进剂对药物扑热息透过胎儿皮肤的影响。结果表明:在透皮吸收药理实验中,薄荷脑具有显著促进扑热息透皮吸收作用(P<0.01);扫描电镜观察显示,用薄荷脑实验组的胎儿皮肤表面绉折增多,角质层局部断裂脱屑,翻卷呈破棉絮状,表皮细胞间隙加宽,毛囊口扩展,毛干的毛小皮剥脱而变细。提示薄荷脑促扑热息痛产吸收的机制与改变皮肤表皮结构密切相关。 The effect of menthol on enhancing the absorption of paracetamol through fetal skin was investigated. The results showed that menthol could markedly enhance the percutaneous absorption of paracetamol (p<0.01). The changes of fetal skin ultrastructures were as follows: the wrinkles on the skin surface were increased: some areas of stratum corneum were peeled off and wound up as worn-out cotten padding: the spaces of the hair were enlarged; and the cuticles of the hair shaft dropped off and became thinner. This suggested that the mechanism of menthol in enhancing the transdermal absorption of paracetamol was closely related to the changes of the epidermis ultrastructures.
