摘要 当前兽医电脑临床诊断疾病的符合率不高,尚未进入实用阶段,为此,采用普及型386微机,并考虑到鸡群发病不同于个体发病的特点,进行C语言编程,以期有效地从专家那里提取知识,合理地确定指标权重分配和适度减少人为失误影响,提高疾病诊断的符合率。经244份病历验证,该系统能及时准确诊治30种常见鸡疾病,诊断完全符合率达80%以上,其工作能力达到临床兽医专家水平。系统可适用于大、中、小型机械化、集约化养鸡场,亦可供畜牧兽医站开展鸡病诊断之用。 Veterinary computer diagnosis has not been widely used so far in clinical practice due to its poor match for veterinary experts. The present research was carried out to improve the current situation. A popular type of 386 microcomputer and C language were used in developing this expert system. Different characteristics of illness between flock and individual chickens were taken into account.A wide range of expert knowledge was collected and analyzed. Special attention was paid to index determination and weight distribution in order to reduce man-made errors and increase the match percentage with veterinary experts. 244 cases of 30 kinds of chicken's common diseases were examined using this system, and more than 80% of the diagnoses coincided with those of veterinary experts.The system has reached the clinical diagnosis level of veterinary experts, and is suitable for mechanized chicken farms and veterinary centers.
