This paper discusses the stability of the voltage transformer based on capacitive voltage divider, and dedicates that capacitive drift with temperature is an important factor affecting the determination accuracy. The idea of facture of the high accuracy voltage transformer using Fe-Ni alloy is given, and its feasibility is proved through analysis and design. Finally the precise capacitive voltage divider under 110 kV is designed, and its accuracy is achieved less than 0. 1% at temperatue -60-＋80℃.
