银杏黄酮磷脂复合物对家兔血液流变性与微循环的影响 预览 被引量:1

The Influence of the Compounds of Ginkgo Flavone Phospholipid to the Blood Rheology and Microcirculation of the Rabbits

摘要 目的观察银杏黄酮、银杏黄酮磷脂复合物对急性家兔血瘀证模型血液流变学与微循环的影响.方法取健康雄性大耳白兔24只,随机分为正常对照组、血瘀证模型组、血瘀证模型+银杏黄酮组、血瘀证模型+银杏黄酮磷脂复合物组4组.应用新鲜胎儿羊水制造家兔急性血瘀证模型,在此基础上给予银杏黄酮、银杏黄酮磷脂复合物,然后取每组血,检测血液流变学指标;采用WX-9A型微循环监测仪观察各组家兔肠系膜微循环的变化.结果银杏黄酮与银杏黄酮磷脂复合物对急性血瘀证家兔均能明显升高全血粘度、血浆粘度、降低红细胞聚集指数(P<0.05)、升高红细胞取向指数(P<0.05),红细胞变形指数(P<0.05);扩张肠系膜微动脉血管径、加快血流速度.银杏黄酮磷脂复合物组与银杏黄酮组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论银杏黄酮及银杏黄酮磷脂复合物均可明显改善羊水造成的血瘀证家兔模型的血液流变学及微循环障碍,且银杏黄酮磷脂复合物的作用明显优于银杏黄酮,说明磷脂可以增加银杏黄酮的药理作用. Objective To observe the influence of the ginkgo flavone and the compounds of ginkgo flavone phospholipid to the blood rheology and microcirculation of the acute rabbit blood stasis model. Methods Take 24 healthy make rabbits, divide them into 4 groups of 6 rabbits. Randomly appoint them as normal control group,blood stasis model group,blood stasis model plus ginkgo flavone group, blood stasis model plus the compounds of ginkgo flavone phospholipids group.The blood stasis model group fresh ammiotie fluid result in acute blood stasis model. On the basis of their acute blood stasis model,give the blood stasis model plus ginkgo flavone group and the blood stasis model plus the compotmds of ginkgo flavone phospholipids ginkgo flavone and the compounds of ginkgo flavone phospholipids. With Blood Rheology Full-automatic Analysor, draw out the blood of the rabbits from each group to analyze the various indexes of their blood rheology. Then to observe the change of the mesentery microcirculation of the rabbits of each group with Model WX-9A Microcirculation Detector. Results To the rabbits with acute blood stasis, the ginkgo flavone and the compounds of ginkgo flavone phosphelipid both can obviously increase the viscidity of the whole blood and the blood plasma, the orientation index of the red blood cells [ P 〈 0.05 ] and the deformation index of the red blood oells ( P 〈 0.05) ; increase the eggregation index of the red blood cells ( P 〈 0.05) .The can dilate the diameter of the blood vessel of the mesentery arteriole and quicken the speed of the blood stream. The effect of the compounds of ginkgp flavone phespholipid is superior to that of the ginkgo flavone ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The ginkgo flavone and the compounds of ginkgo flavone phespholipids both can apparently improve the blood rheology and microcirculation of the acute rabbit blood stasis caused by the amniotic fluid.The apparent effect of the compounds of ginkgo flavone phospholipid over the ginkgo flavone proves that the phospholipid
