种子老化对萝卜早期生长生理生化的影响 预览 被引量:2

Effect of aging time on some physiological and biochemical indices in radish early development

摘要 研究了人工老化引起的萝卜种子发芽率、发芽指数、萝卜生长早期一系列酶活性和蛋白质的变化。结果表明,在浸种后生长3天,酶活性及蛋白质含量随着老化时间的延长而降低;在生长7天和28天的幼苗中,酶活性及蛋白质含量高于对照,且老化时间越长的种子,酶活性和蛋白质含量越高。 In this experiment, effects of artificially aged radish seeds on germination percentage, germination indices, enzyme activities and protein contents were analyzed, he results showed that the enzyme activities and protein contents decreased gradually with the increase of aging time in third-day seedlngs. However, the enzyme activity and protein content were higher than that of the contrast in 7th-day and 28th-day seedlings; the longer the aging time, the higher were the enzyme activities and protein conternts.
