摘要 本文采用资源层(电源优化问题)与运行层(运行优化问题)迭代寻优的办法进行三峡水电站留华中电力电量的省间优化分配研究,以华中电网整体总费用最小且四省的可靠性水平基本相当作了分电原则。 In this paper the optimizing calculation of distributing electric power and energy remained from Three Gorges Power Station among the provinces in Central China Power Network is discussed. In calculation the iteration method for seeking optimization between resource layer (optimization of generation planning) and operation layer (optimization of operation) is adopted. The fundamental rule of sharing electric power is minimizing the overall costs of Central China Power Network and making the reliability levels of four provinces in Central China roughly equivalent.
