摘要 分析了地震预报方法与活动构造结合的现状,活动构造与地震危险区预测的内在联系。指出现今预报方法存在的问题以及与活动构造结合的必要。同时还研究了以地震构造带为代表的活动构造条件,对中国大陆地震密集带进行进行了统计分析。 This paper has analyzed the situation of the integration of active tectonics with short-term earthquake prediction, the inner relation between active tectonics and seismic risk prediction and the problems concerning current prediction methods. Based on these analyses, the paper has pointed out that the earthquake prediction is necessary to be integrated with active tectonics. Meanwhile, the condition of active tectonics in China is also studied, which is summed up as seismotectonic belts. The seismically active belts in China have also been statistically studied in the paper. Thus, the active tectonic basis for delimiting the seismic risk regions can be stated as seismotectonic belts, recent tectonic deformation of active faults within the belts, seismogenic tectonics of strong-motion and so on.
