妇康乐颗粒制备工艺考察 预览

Investigation on the preparation procedures of Fukangle granules

摘要 目的优选妇康乐颗粒制备工艺。方法以出膏率和芍药苷的含量为考察指标,通过L9(3^4)正交实验设计,优选水煎壳聚糖沉淀的制备工艺条件,确定妇康乐颗粒的最佳制备工艺。结果水煎壳聚糖沉淀制备工艺影响因素大小依次为:煎煮时间(B)〉煎煮次数(C)〉加水倍量(A),最佳制备工艺条件为B1C2A2,即处方药材加15倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1h。结论该制备工艺合理,有效成分提取率高。 Objective To study the preparation procedures of Fukangle granules. Methods The extraction rate and the content of paeoniflorin were used as control indexes, and the optimum extraction conditions was studied with the orthogonal test of L9(34). Results The influence factors during preparation were as follows: decoction time(B)〉decoction frequency(C)〉water volume added(A). The optimum preparation conditions were B1C2A2, i.e. add 15 times water, decoct twice, 1 hour for each time. Conclusion The optimum preparation procedure is rational and the extraction rate of active components is high.
