Objective：To evaluate the cytotoxicity of dental Ti-Zr alloy made from laser solid forming. Method： Components of Ti-Zr alloy for test are made by loser solid forming and the deferent concentration water extracted from the components was obtained according to national standard. The extracts were measured by cell cultivation in vitro , MTT colorimetric to evaluate their cytotoxity. Result： The cytotoxicity of Ti-Zr alloy made from laser solid forming is 0 to 1 grade. The cell multiplication curve of negative control group and different concentration extracts are nearly overlapping and in the linearity increasing trend . Conclusion：Ti-Zr alloy made from laser solid forming has good biocompatity.
