MAG高速焊缝视觉跟踪系统的试验研究 预览

摘要 介绍了针对高速焊的工艺与成型特点,在焊缝跟踪系统中所应用到的参数可调模糊控制器和PID控制器,并对这2种控制嚣与算法进行了试验研究与对比分析。此外,还通过实时记录在一个跟踪过程中使用的所有控制量,建立了焊缝跟踪过程中的轨迹线,把它与焊缝的间隙中心线进行比较,获得此跟踪系统的误差范围;同时对产生的误差影响因素进行分析,提出了减小误差的改进措施。 Aimirlg at the features of the high-speed welding,it researches two controllers,with which the arithmetic is compared. Besides,the seam tracking trochoid is established through the real-lime recording.Based on the Comparison of the seam tracking trochoid and the central line of seam gap,the error range on the seem-tracking system is obtained.At the same time,the error is analyzed and some improving measures are put forward.
