钛种植体基台与三种合金在人工唾液中腐蚀性能研究 预览 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价金合金、钛合金、镍铬合金和钛种植体基台在体外的腐蚀性能。方法采用动电位极化技术、扫描电镜、能谱及X-射线衍射仪评价上述合金及钛种植体基台在37±0.5℃、pH为6.0的人工唾液中的耐腐蚀性能。结果ECONi-Cr、E COTi abutment 、E COTi6Al4V及ECOAu-Pt金合金分别为-193.4mV、-27、46mV、-14.7mV、225.6mV;EbdNi-Cr、EbdTi abutment、EbdTi6Al4V及Ebd Au-Pt分别为0.90V、1.0V、1.0V、1、2V。除Ni-Cr合金外,其他合金腐蚀痕迹不明显。实验后Ni-Cr合金表面镍、氧(O)含量增加,铬、钼、铝含量减少;其他试件表面元素组成及含量均无明显变化。其中,Ni—Cr合金表面生成物以Cr2O3为主;Ti-6Al-4V合金和钛种植体基台表面生成物以TiO2,为主;Au~Pt合金表面未见生成物。结论钛种植体基台和钛合金的耐腐蚀性相似,好于镍铬合金,但较金合金为差:钛种植体基台和钛合金匹配应较理想。 Objective To evaluate the corrosion behavior of Gold alloy, Titanium alloy, Ni- Cr alloy and Ti implant abutment in vitro. Methods The electrochemical corrosion behavior of above alloys was examined with potentiadynamic polarization technique, scanning electronic microscopy(SEM), X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and X- ray diffractometer to measure and analyse the Ecorr, Ebd and Anodic polarization curves of the materials in artificial saliva at 37 ± 0.5℃ (pH = 6.0). Results Corrosion potential of E tONi- Cr, E COaboutment E COTi6Al4V and E coAu- Pt were -193.4mV, -27.46mV, -14.7mV, 225.6Mv respectively; Transpassive potential of EbdNi-Cr, Ebd abutment, EbdTi6Al4v and EbdAu-Pt were 0.90V, 1.0V, 1.0V, 1.2V respectively. Ni - Cr alloy exhibited pitting and general corrosion,the others did not demonstrate distinct corrosive trace. From XPS , the content of Ni, O increased, and the content of Cr, Mo, AI decreased;but the other alloys did not present evident change. The main resultant of Ni- Cr , Titanium alloy and Ti implant abutment were Cr2O3 , TiO2, TiO2 respectively; The resultant of Au - Pt was not detected. Conclusion The results showed that the materials had good corrosion resistance ibut Gold (Au - Pt) alloy presented the best corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance of Ti implant abutment alloy was similar to that of Ti6Al4V and was far superior to that of Ni - Cr alloy, h is concluded that Ti6Al4V and Gold used as supra - structure in dental implantation should be better than Ni - Cr alloy ,and the couple Ti6Al4V/Ti implant abutment should be ideal.
