生殖道沙眼衣原体对几种抗菌药物敏感性的研究 预览 被引量:33

摘要 目的检测和对比数年来泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体(Ct)临床分离株对几种常用抗菌药物的敏感性。方法分别选用1997年、1999年、2001年、2003年和2005年临床泌尿生殖道Ct分离株,用McCoy细胞培养法鉴定,检测7种药物抗Ct体外抗菌活性,测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果1997-2005年,几种常用药物MIC90、MBC90均有不同程度升高。尤其是左氧氟沙星升高最为明显,MIC90由0.063mg/L升高至1mg/L,MBC90由0.063mg/L升高至4mg/L,2005年Ct临床分离株,克拉霉素、司帕沙星和莫西沙星杀菌浓度均较低,其MBC90分别为:0.25mg/L、0.125mg/L和0.063mg/L。结论Ct对几种常用抗菌药物的体外敏感性降低;目前Ct临床分离株对克拉霉素、司帕沙星和新药莫西沙星有较好敏感性。 Objective To detect and compare the in vitro activities of several antimicrobial agents against isolates of Chlamydia trachomatis ( Ct ) cultured from the genitalia in the past several years. Methods Strains of Ct cultured in 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2005 were selected. The minimal inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) and minimal bactericidal concentration ( MBC ) of 7 antibacterial agents, including erythromycin, minocycline, azithromycin, clarithromycin, levo-ofloxacin, sparfloxacin and moxifloxacin, against these strains were assessed in McCoy cell culture. Results The MIC9o and MBC9o of the these drugs increased from 1997 to 2005, especially those of levofloxacin, which increased from 0.063 mg/L to 1 mg/L and from 0.063 mg/L to 4 mg/L, respectively. The MICro and MBC90 of clarithromycin, sparfloxacin and moxifloxacin against clinical isolates of Ct in 2005 were relatively low, with the MBC90 of 0.25 mg/L, 0.125 mg/L and 0.063 mg/L respectively. Conclusions In the past several years, the in vitro effectiveness of these antimicrobial agents against clinical Ct isolates have gradually decreased; clarithromycin, sparfloxacin and moxifloxacin showed good in vitro activity against the most recent isolates of genital Ct.
