摘要 适应性绩效是顺应组织快速变革的需要而提出的一个新概念。文章简要介绍了适应性绩效理论提出的背景、适应性绩效的内涵、结构以及影响因素,并在此基础上分析了该理论在人力资源管理实践方面的应用价值。
