深静脉血栓形成中促炎症细胞因子变化的研究 预览 被引量:21

摘要 目的 探讨促炎症细胞因子与深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的关系。方法 48例DVT患者根据病程分为A组(急性进展期)、B组(血栓机化稳定期)、C组(慢性恢复期)、D组(再复发组),并设正常对照组。均采用放免法测定血清TNF—α、IL-1、IL-6和JL-8的浓度。结果 DVT各组的血清TNF—α、IL-1、IL-6和IL-8水平均高于对照组(P〈0.01);B组和C组血清TNF-水平均低于A组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);D组血清TNF—α、IL-6和IL-8水平均高于A组(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。结论 促炎症细胞因子参与了炎症反应及血栓形成。从而影响了DVT的病理生理过程,并可能是血栓形成的危险因素。 [Objective] To investigate the levels of serum proinflammatory cytokine in patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT). [Methods] Fourty-eight cases of DVT were divided into 4 groups according to the course of diseases. In group A of 16 cases of acute thrombosis, the course of diseases was 1-10 days; Group B of 16 cases with sta- bilization, lasting 11-30 days; Group C of cases of chronic convalescence, for 31-60 days; Group D of cases of chronic convalescence with recent recurrance. In all cases of DVT groups and control ones blood serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 were determined by radioimmunoassy. [Results] The serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 of patients were higher than that of the control (P 〈0.01). The serum levels of TNF-α in group B and group C were lower than those in group A (P 〈0.05,P 〈0.01). The serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in group D were higher than those in group A (P 〈0.01,P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The proinflammatory cytokine potentially invoved in the inflammatory response and secondary thrombosis and contributed to the pathophysiological alterations in connection with DVT. The response supports the hypothesis that elevated proinflammatory cytokines may be a course of DVT.
