摘要 文章基于国内外汽车产品市场激烈竞争、汽车产品利润空间受到很大压缩的市场背景,成功地将价值工程应用于汽车前轴总成的改进设计和制造。运用ABC法进行对象初选,开展功能分析,进行各零件功能评价,然后用最合适区域法找出作为改进设计主要对象的零部件,为汽车前轴总成的改进设计指明了主攻方向。 In order to make both the enterprise and the consumer get reasonable benefit under severe competition in the market of automobile products, Value Engineering is applied successfully to the innovation design and manufacture of the automobile front axle assembly. The ABC analysis is adopted to carry out primary selection of objects and functional analysis and evaluation of various components. Some components and parts are found out as the main objects of innovation design with the most appropriate region method. The obtained results provide a correct direction for the innovation design and manufacture of the automobile front axle assembly.
