食用菌多糖含量和清除自由基活性的研究 认领 被引量:17

Studies on the Content of Polysaccharide and Radical Scavenging Activities of Several Kinds of Edible Fungi

摘要 对9种食用菌子实体冻干粉中多糖含量和自由基清除活性进行了分析,结果表明:金福菇和黑木耳子实体中多糖的含量相对较高,含量分别为10.01%和8.96%,而大杯蕈子实体中多糖含量最低仅为1.63%。采用DPPH(二苯代苦味肼基自由基)-TLC法和酶标仪法对9种食用菌子实体冻干粉甲醇提取物的清除自由基活性及其自由基清除剂的组成成分进行了初步分析,发现除黑木耳外其余8种样品甲醇提取物均具有较强的自由基清除活性,其中茶树菇、香菇、大杯蕈和金针菇的活性较强,在浓度为5.0mg/mL,于37℃下保温10min时,4种样品对0.4mg/mL的DPPH自由基的清除率分别为97.6%、96.9%、95.8%和92.6%.DPPH自由基薄层实验结果表明,各种样品提取物中的自由基清除剂都不是单一成分,且组成也不完全相同. The radical scavenging activities and the polysaccharide of several kinds of edible fungi were determined. The results showed that the content of polysaccharide of different kinds of edible fungi was different, that the content of polysaccharide of Tricholoma Lobynsis and Auricularia auricular were higher than those of the others, with the percentage of 10.01% and 8. 96% respectively. A DPPH--TLC and DPPH--Mcroplate assay was made to determine the free radical scavenging activities of methanol extracts from different kinds of edible fungi. The results revealed that the extracts of Agrocybe chaxinggu, Lentinusedodes, Clitocybe maxima and ammulina velutipes (Fr.) Sing have strong free radical scavenging capacity, at the concentration of 5.0 mg/ml they can respectively decrease 97.6 percent, 96.9 percent, 95. 8 percent and 59.66 percent 0.4 mg/ml DPPH radicals after incubated at 37℃ for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the DPPH--TLC assays showed that the components of extracts from different samples were different.
