集成传感器的液压系统状态监测设计与应用 预览

摘要 采用嵌入加载阀的集成式液压系统压力、温度和流量测量传感器组.配合相应的信号调理与接口箱,构建了工程机械液压系统状态监测与故障诊断的硬件框架结构体系。利用虚拟仪器开发平台LabWindows/CVI开发了测试仪的信号采集、状态监测和故障诊断系统。软件开发中将神经网络技术与传统的专家系统技术有机地融合起来,可实现工程机械液压系统的状态监测和故障诊断。使用结果表明,该测试仪可以准确地测量液压系统的工作状态参数。诊断工程机械液压系统的常见故障。 In this paper the state monitoring system of engineering machinery hydraulic circuit has been developed. The hardware consists of integrated temperature, pressure and flow sensors array with built-in load valve as well as corresponding signal condition circuit and interface firmware. The software includes signal acquisition, state monitoring system and fault diagnosis function based on virtual instrumentation development platform of LabWindows/CVI. Furthermore, the network technology and traditional expert system are applied in the development of software program. The results show that the system can accurately measure the state parameters of hydraulic system, monitor the operation and diagnose the conventional faults.
