Based on clinical survey and experience in five years, the article studies specially the mechanism of manual random vibration masstherapy treatment to prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc from three respects of biomechanics, limb hemotachogram and microcirculation. The result of survey in 100 cases of clinical treatment showed that: after manual treatment, the effective rate was up to 95 % According to biomeehanics, the random vibration between the extruding lumbar intervertebral disc and the two adjacent lumbar vertebra can not produce only a vertical displacement and acceleration between the lumbar vertebra and the lumbar intervertebral disc, but also produce alternatively the tensile stress and comprcssive stress continuously at the front and rear parts of lumbar vertebra. to force the front and rear parts of lumbar vertibra open and close alternatively. The composition of these impel delay effect and displaccment of the extruding pulpiform nucleus and release the nerve root compression. The survey of 40 cases of hemotachogram and 20 cases of microcirculation among them showed that: after massotherapy treatment, the volum of blood flow in sick limbs with prolapse of lumbar intcrvertebral disc increased obviously and the microcirculation improved distinctly.
