含氟缩水甘油醚的合成及表征

Synthesis and properties of fluorinated glycidyl ether

摘要 采用十二氟庚醇通过醚化-闭环的两步法合成了十二氟庚基缩水甘油醚,考察了反应时间以及催化剂用量、加碱量对产物收率的影响,通过FTIR及13C-NMR表征了合成产物。结果表明,低温长时间的醚化反应有利于提高产物收率,碱用量的摩尔份数为醇的1.2倍时,产物有较高的收率,达到86%。 Fluorinated glycidyl ether was synthesized via two steps reaction, and the effect of catalyst and aLkaLi charge on product was studied, Properties of fluorinated glycidyl ether was studied by FTIR and ^13C-NMR. The results indicated that the prokluction rate was mainly affected by the catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time. The production rate can be increased on lower teamperature and longer reaction time at the first step. The production rate reached 86% when the catalyst was 3% and base was 20% superfluous.
