形变热处理对低碳微合金钢焊接接头组织与性能的影响 预览 被引量:6

Effects of Thermomechanical Treatment on Microstructures and Properties of Welding Joint of Low Carbon Microalloy Steel

摘要 针对低碳微合金钢焊接接头存在的组织不均匀,晶粒粗大,硬度上升、韧性下降,力学性能变差,并产生焊接残余应力等。采用形变热处理技术,通过对焊缝在二相区温度下的碾压处理,使其晶粒明显细化,硬度下降,屈强比减小,残余应力消除,焊缝性能得到了优化。 Aimed at the question of welding joint of low carbon microalloy steel, such as inhomogeneous microstructure, coarse grain, increasing hardness, decreasing toughness, mechanical properties deterioration and producing residual stress ere, thermomechanical treatment was used to roll the weld seam under the temperature of two-phase zone. The results show that the grain refines obviously, hardness decreases, yield ratio decrease, welding residual stress relieves, and the properties of the weld improve.
