[ Objective] To understand the Japanese B Encephalitis （JBE） vaccine antibody level before and after strengthening immunization and provide the scientific basis for controlling JBE in the future. [ Methods] Used stratified randomization sampling method, the sera samples one month prior and post vaccination were collected and tested by RPHI assay for antibody response. [Results] The antibody positive rate of children raised from 34.71% to 99.16%, the GMT from 1 ： 3.4 to 1 ： 138.69; the antibody positive rates of the children whose JBE antibody were negative before immunization was 98.78% after inactivated JBE vaccination. The serum antibody level had no difference in the children＇s age, sex, race, region and immunity history. The lower the Children antibody＇ s level was before the immunity, the higher the children＇s antibody positive rate was after the immunity. [ Conclusion ] The children serum antibody level obviously goes up after strengthening immunization, the immunity success rate which all come to above 96% in each age group. The protection effect is better; the children antibody level is uninfluenced by age, sex, race, region and immunity history, etc. after the immunity.
