运动对大鼠胸主动脉内皮素和一氧化氮合成酶的影响 被引量:52

Effect of Exercise on Endothelin and nitric Oxide Synthesis of Thoracic Aorta in Rat

摘要 雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成两组;对照组和运动组,游泳运动4周后,测定大鼠胸主动脉和血浆内皮素含量及一氧化氮合成酶活性,结果表明运动组主动脉和血浆ET含量较对照组明显下降,运动组主动脉NOS活性较对照组明显增强,结果提示运动对ET和NOS的影响在血管对运动适应及运动防心血管疾病中有重要的意义。 Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: the control guoup (GG) and the swimming group (SG)(Swimming exercise 1.5 hours a day.5 days a week for four weeks).Serum and thoracic aorta levels of endothelin(ET) -and activity of nitric oxide synthesis (NOS) were measured the results showed that the serum and thoracic and thoracic.aorta levels of ET in SG were significantly decreased compared with that in.GG(p <0.05)and the activity of NOS in SG was evidently enhanced.the. results that exercise played an important role in adaptation of vascular of vascular system and prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
