摘要 介绍网络营销的涵义及发展的必然趋势。房地产网络营销是一种跨时空的全新经营理念和商业模式。进入网络时代的房地产业应该充分认识到网络营销的即时性、互动性、仿真性的特点,积极加入到网络营销中去。房地产企业的网络营销的优势,使营销者与消费者之间的关系发生了根本性变化,利用网络营销加强企业竞争力,突破房地产营销活动的地域特征,使房地产的营销活动在更广阔的舞台开展。 On the meaning of network marketing and the development trend, real estate marketing is a cross-time new business Real estate enterprises of ideas and business models. The real estate industry into the Internet age should be fully aware of the immediate network marketing, interactive, simulation of the characteristics, and join in the network marketing actively. The network marketing advantages of real estate enterprises have changed the relationship between the consumers and the marketing .Using network marketing to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises, breakthrough in the geographical features enables the real estate marketing activities to open in a wide stage .
