抗寒锻炼期间白皮松电阻抗图谱参数对可溶性糖与淀粉含量变化的响应 预览 被引量:10

Response of parameters of electrical impedance spectroscopy to the content of soluble sugar and starch in Pinus bungeana Zucc. during cold acclimation

摘要 2007年9月—2008年1月,对北京十三陵苗圃的北京市蟒山公园、山西省孝义市和甘肃省两当县3个种源的9年生白皮松(Pinus bungeana Zucc.)1年生针叶和茎进行了电阻抗图谱(EIS)分析,测定各种源未冷冻的EIS参数,以及可溶性糖和淀粉含量的变化,比较抗寒锻炼期间不同种源白皮松的EIS参数和生理指标之间的相关性。结果表明:①抗寒锻炼期间,针叶可溶性糖含量与β、针叶淀粉含量与细胞膜时间恒量τm和胞外电阻率re、茎淀粉含量与胞内电阻率ri、弛豫时间τ1和re呈显著负相关,茎可溶性糖含量与τ1、针叶可溶性糖含量与τm呈显著正相关;②从10月至11月,针叶re和ri与可溶性糖含量变化趋势相同,从10月至抗寒锻炼完成,针叶τm与可溶性糖含量变化趋势相同。 From September 2007 to January 2008, the electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was analyzed on one year old needles and stems of Pinus bungeana Zucc. in a 9-year provenance field trial at Shisanling Nursery in Beijing with provenances of Mangshan park of Beijing, Xiaoyi city of Shanxi province and Liangdang county of Gansu province. The content of soluble sugar and starch was tested with different provenances. The relations between parameters of the EIS and tested physiological parameters with different provenances were analyzed. The results indicated that ① during frost hardening, there were significantly negative relations between soluble sugar content of needle and β, starch content of needle and membrane time constant τm and specific extracellular resistance re, starch content of stem and specific intracellular resistance ri and relaxation time τ1 and re ; there were significantly positive relations between soluble sugar content of stem and τ1, soluble sugar content of needle and τm ; ② similar changing patterns were found between re and ri in needles and soluble sugar content from October to November, as well as between τm in needles and soluble sugar content from Octoher to the end of frost hardening.
