Objective To investigate the influence of hyperglycemia, hypersodium and Hyperosmolay on the prognosis in diabetic patients complicated with acute cerebrovascular disease and hyperosmolay. Methods 12 cases of diabetic patients complicated with acute cerebrovascular disease and Hyperosmolay were enrolled and divided into two groups which are death group and alive group. The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results The levels of blood sugar sodium and osmotic pressure in the patients of death group were higher significantly than those in alive group, and the times of being hyprosmolay in the patients of death group were longer significantly than those in alive group. Conclusion Controlling strictly the levels of blood sugar sodium and osmotic pressure in these patients can boost their livability.
