Epidemic and Control Situation of Malaria in Baoshan City in 2008

摘要 目的了解保山市2008年疟疾流行态势及相关影响因素,以便采取有效的疟疾防控措施,以期为下一步疟疾防治工作的开展提供客观依据。方法对保山市2008年疟疾疫情资料进行描述性分析,运用SPSS11.5统计分析软件进行统计学处理。结果保山市2008年疟疾发病1166例。其中间日疟869例,恶性疟201例,未分型87例,混合型9例,死亡2例。发病以青壮年男性为主,并以外源性感染为主(97.68%)。2008年发热血检74671人/次,预防服药17512人/次,休止期根治10425人,现症治疗5625人次。喷洒灭蚊177720m^2,浸泡蚊帐97260顶。结论2008年保山市的疟疾疫情比2007年有所下降,但流动人口发病情况有所上升,应增强流动人口监测,继续加强疟疾防治工作。 Objective To explore the malaria epidemic situation and the related influencing factors so as to provide the objective basis for controlling the malaria. Method the malaria epidemic data of Baoshan City in 2008 were used for descriptive study, and the SPSS11.5 software was used for statistical analysis. Result There were 1 166 cases of malaria, with an incidence of 4. 73/10000 in Baoshan City in 2008, including 869 cases (74. 53% ) of vivax malaria, 201 cases (17.24) of faleiparum malaria, 87 cases (7.46%) of nontype, and 9 cases (0.77%) mixed type. Two cases were died. Most cases were male (91.51%) and aged from 20-44 years old (75.56%). Most cases (97.68%) were infected from outside the county. Besides, in 2008, 74 671 person/time blood of fever cases were examined, 17 512 person/time drug prophylaxis were made, radical treatmentin resting stage were carried out in 10 425 persons, and clinical treatment were made in 5 625 person/time. Mosquito control spraying was carried out over 177 720 m^2 areas, and 97 260 mosquito nets were immersed. Conclusion Malaria epidemic situation in Baoshan City in 2008 has been reduced than in 2007, but malaria incidence of the floating population has increased. Malaria monitoring in floating population should be enhanced, and malaria control measures should be strengthened.
