After the construction project of the Tenth Five-Year Plan, automation has been implemented in the work- ing process of the earthquake precursory observatory network, which includes data collecting, data importing and data synchronizing etc. It is necessary to implement Real-Time monitoring for the devices with the widely u- sing of the earthquake precursory devices, but the stipulation implemented by the devices is lack of dynamic in- formation transferring conventions. This paper introduces a method to solve this problem and implement the func- tions of dynamic alerting and dynamic monitoring in a simple way. Also this paper shows the framework and work flow of the implementation of this method in a real project and it can meet the requirements.
