摘要 压力管道制作与安装是一项综合性施工技术。结合拉西瓦水电站引水隧洞压力管道制作安装实施的实际情况,阐述了在施工过程中通过采用自制压头机、自制钢管拖车、预埋轨道等方法,实现了钢管的准确制作、安全运输、洞内翻身、现场精确安装及焊接等工序。施工过程中通过对原施工组织设计的优化,提高了工作效率,缩短了工期,可供大型洞内钢管安装借鉴。 Penstock fabrication and installation is a comprehensive construction technology. Based on the actual fabrication and installa- tion of penstocks for headrace tunnels of Laxiwa hydropower project, this paper presents the process of precise fabrication, safe trans- portation, in - tunnel turn - over, in - situ accurate installation and welding of penstocks by means of self - made head - pressing ma- chine, penstock trailer, embedded tracks etc. During construction, the original construction method statement was optimized so that the work efficiency was increased and construction time reduced, which can provide reference for penstock installation in large tunnels.
