急性胰腺炎合并肝功能损害的临床分析

摘要 目的探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)患者并发肝功能损害的临床特点。方法对133例AP患者的临床资料进行分析。以了解肝功能损害的发生率,肝功能损害的程度以及对病程的影响。结果133例AP患者中有72例合并肝功能损害,占54.1%,其中轻症胰腺炎(MAP)88例,重症(SAP)45例,SAP较MAP肝损害发生率高(分别为93.3%和34.1%),SAP肝功能损害较MAP重,差异有显著性(P〈0.05);SAP合并肝功能损害的患者,其腹痛缓解时间,血淀粉酶复常时间及住院天数均较MAP合并肝功能损害的患者明显延长(P〈0.05)结论急性胰腺炎肝功能损害的程度与胰腺炎程度呈正相关。肝功能损害损害延长胰腺炎的病程。 Object To investigate the clinical feature of acute pancreatitis (AP) with liver function damage. Methods 133 cases of AP were retrospectivly analyzed to explore the incidence and degree of liver function damage and its effect on pathogenesis. Results In 133 AP, 72 cases with liver function damage that accounted for 54.1% were found, including 88 MAP and 45 SAP. The rate of liver function damage was higher in SAP (93.3%) than in MAP (34.1%), and the degree of liver function damage was severer in SAP than in MAP (P〈0.05) . Time for lessening the abdominal pain, the total days of hyper-hemodiastase and the days of hospitalization were longer in SAP than in MAP, respectively (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The liver function damage is correlated to severity of acute pancreatitis, and can delay the course of diseases.
