半导体激光与氦-氖激光局部照射治疗睑腺炎的疗效对比观察 被引量:1

摘要 睑腺炎是眼科常见眼睑疾病,治疗不及时常合并化脓性感染,尤其是外睑腺炎常可瘢痕形成,甚至瘢痕挛缩而致眼睑内或外翻,影响患者眼睑功能及美容效果。常规药物治疗多疗程冗长,疗效欠佳,物理疗法多采用超短波、旋磁及激光等治疗,疗效各异。其中以激光照射治疗疗效较好。但以往激光治疗多采用氦-氖激光,而半导体激光照射治疗睑腺炎的临床研究鲜为报道,故我们采用半导体激光和氦-氖激光在相同治疗参数下局部照射治疗睑腺炎246例,比较2种波长激光治疗效果之异同,现报道如下。
