Objective： To study the clinical features and treatment of Primary Bilateral Adrenal Non-Hodgkin＇ s Lymphoma. Methods ： Clinical pathological features of 2 cases of Primary Bilateral Adrenal Non-Hodgkin＇ s Lymphoma were analyzed retrospectively and literatures were reviewed. Results： One case was misdiagnosed who accepted the left adrenal tumor resection, living for 2. 1 years. Another was given the CT-mediated puncture biopsy to identify the final diagnosis, and alive for 2.7 years without operation. The delayed recurrence in CNS occurred in both cases, and the patient were alive for 8 and 14 months respectively after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Conclusion ： Primary Bilateral Adrenal Non-Hodgkln＇ s Lymphoma rarely occures with poor prognosis and high degree of malignancy. Chemotherapy should be the best way for the treatment. Delayed recurrence of the CNS prones to occur, so the brain CT examination should be performed in the course of treatment for close monitoring.
