A New Rapid Method for Preparing Synaptosomes of Mouse

摘要 目的建立小鼠突触体快速制备的新实验方法。方法采用密度梯度离心法制备小鼠突触体,透射电镜观察其形态。结果本实验所获突触体具有膜包围的连续椭圆形结构,其中可见线粒体和大量突触小泡,具有典型突触体形态结构特征。结论本实验提供一种快速、简便、有效的小鼠突触体制备方法。 Objective To establish a new method for preparing synaptosomes.Methods Density gradient centrifugation method was used to isolate synaptosomes of mouse,checking by transmission electron microscopy.Results Synaptosomes prepared by this method had intact morphological characteristics,surrounding with a continuous oval-shaped membrane structure,moreover,mitochondrion and lots of synaptic vesicle in them.Conclusion This method is applicable to establish a rapid,convenient and useful method for preparing synaptosomes.
