脓毒症患者血浆脑钠肽水平监测的临床价值研究 预览 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脓毒症患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取2009年1—5月我院ICU住院的患者20例,其中脓毒症组10例,非脓毒症组10例,同时选取正常对照组10例,分别检测入院第1、2、3、7天血浆BNP水平。结果脓毒症组、非脓毒症组和正常对照组入院第1、2、3、7天血浆BNP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);其中脓毒症组入院第1、2、3、7天血浆BNP水平较非脓毒症组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);脓毒症组入院第1、2、3、7天血浆BNP水平较正常对照组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论脓毒症时血浆BNP水平明显升高,BNP可作为脓毒症时一种监测指标。 Objective To explore the clinical value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level monitoring during sepsis.Methods Twenty patients,including 10 septic patients and 10 non-septic patients,who were treated in our ICU from January 2009 to May 2009,as well as 10 healthy controls were enrolled in this study.The plasma BNP level was determined on the 1st,2nd,3rd,and 7th day of admission.Results The plasma BNP levels were significantly different among these three groups on the 1st,2nd,3rd,and 7th day of admission(all P〈0.05).They were also significantly higher in the septic group than in non-septic group and than the control group at different time points(all P〈0.05).Conclusion Serum BNP level remarkably increases during sepsis,and therefore can be used as a monitoring indicator for sepsis.
