整体吊装钢围囹施工钢板桩围堰技术 预览 被引量:2

Technique of Steel Wailing Integral Lifting and Installation in Construction of Steel Sheet Pile Cofferdams

摘要 广珠铁路虎跳门特大桥水中墩施工,采用整体式钢围囹钢板桩围堰代替双壁钢围堰施工水中承台。钻孔桩施工完毕后,清理承台周边河床,按照设计图纸陆地整体制作钢围囹。检验合格后,利用吊装驳船,将整体钢围囹起吊、水上浮运,将钢围囹一次下放至设计位置,临时固结于四角钢护筒上。整体式钢围囹作为围堰内支撑框架,同时兼做钢板桩插打施工导向架。水上浮吊插打钢板桩围堰合龙,射水吸泥清底,水下混凝土封底,分层浇注承台混凝土后逐层进行支撑受力体系转换,施工墩身及上部结构。 In the construction of the Hutiaomen Bridge on Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway,the pile caps of the in-water piers of the bridge were constructed by the steel sheet pile cofferdams supported by the integral steel wailings.After the construction of the bored piles was completed,the prefabricated integral steel wailings were lifted onto the barges by the lifting barges,delivered to the bridge site,lowered to the designed positions in one time and then temporarily fixed to the steel casings at four corners.The steel wailings served as the supporting frames inside a cofferdam and also the guiding frames for inserting and driving the steel sheet piles.The steel sheet piles of the cofferdam were inserted and driven and the tremie concrete for base sealing of the cofferdam was cast by the lifting barges.Upon completion of concreting of the pile caps layer by layer,the supporting systems were transferred level by level and the construction of the pier shafts and superstructure would follow at last.
