An Analysis on the Factors Affecting Driver's Thoracic Injury in Vehicle Frontal Crash

摘要 建立了正面碰撞乘员约束系统的模型并经试验验证。在此基础上,研究了敏感度较高的转向管柱配置,座椅座垫刚度和约束系统的参数对驾驶员胸部损伤的影响。结果表明,在转向管柱配置、座垫刚度和约束系统的参数都存在一个合理的数值或范围,能显著减轻对驾驶员胸部的伤害。 A model for occupant restraint system in frontal crash is developed and validated by test.Based on the validated model,the effects of steering column configuration,seat cushion stiffness and the parameters of occupant restraint system on driver's thoracic injury are studied.The results show that the steering column configuration,seat cushion stiffness and the parameters of occupant restraint system all have a reasonable value or range where the driver can get the best protection regarding thoracic injury.
