不同文化程度糖尿病病人治疗依从性的调查研究

摘要 目的调查糖尿病病人的文化程度与治疗依从性,探讨糖尿病教育的可行模式。方法采用自编糖尿病治疗依从性调查问卷,对144例接受本院糖尿病健康教育的病人进行调查。结果糖尿病病人因其文化程度不同,对糖尿病的知识掌握和依从性各有不同。高中文化程度以上的人群差异不明显,初中组明显低于高中文化以上人群。病人普遍对饮食控制、运动疗法的依从性偏低。结论糖尿病知识的掌控与治疗依从性,与其文化程度密切相关。我们的糖尿病教育模式应该更好的适应不同的文化程度病人的需求,针对个性化施教。 Objective To investigate the treatment compliance of diabetic patients with different education levels and a viable model of diabetes education. Methods Make the self questionnaire of diabetes treatment compliance, to investigate 144 patients who were being taken diabetes education in our hospital. Results The knowledge of diabetes control and compliance were different when diabetic patients with different education levels. Patients with high school education level or above were no significant difference, but junior high school educated patients were significantly lower. Mostly, the patients' compliance to diet control, exercise therapy was low. Conclusions Diabetic control knowledge and treatment compliance is closely related with their educational level. Our diabetes education model should be adapted to the needs of different educated patients for individualized teaching.
