摘要 目的探讨神经内镜在高血压脑出血手术中的应用。方法对该科2007年5月~2010年5月收入院行神经内镜治疗的22例高血压脑出血患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果血肿近完全清除者20例,大部分清除者2例;22例患者预后情况为:Ⅰ级8例,Ⅱ级7例,Ⅲ级2例,Ⅳ级2例,Ⅴ级3例(均死亡),死亡率为13.6%。结论神经内镜手术清除脑内血肿具有微创、省时、直视等优点,是治疗高血压脑出血病例的较为安全、有效的微创治疗方法。 [Objective] To explore the neural endoscopic surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).[Methods] From May 2007 to May 2010,22 patients of HICH in this hospital underwent endoscopic management,the therapeutic effect of the management was analyzed retrospectively.[Results] 20 patients were nearly completely removed of hematoma,of 2 cases were the most clear;The prognosis of 22 patients for:Ⅰ level 8 cases,Ⅱ level 7 cases,Ⅲ level 2 cases,Ⅳ level 2 cases,Ⅴ level 3 cases(both death),13.6 percent mortality rate.[Conclusions] Nerve endoscopic surgery with minimally invasive brain hematoma cleared,time saving,and euthyphoria in treatment of HICH cases are safe and effective minimally invasive treatment method.
