摘要 研究了板栅合金中Sn对早期容量衰减的影响。当板栅合金中Sn含量从0.65%提高到1.2%时,富液式PbCa合金电池早期容量衰减现象并未明显改善。用高温方法和过放电后的反充电方法都可使早期容量衰减的电池容量恢复到正常值,但在循环时容量出现快速的衰减。 Effect of Sn content in grid alloy on premature capacity loss(PCL)was studied.When Sn content in grid alloy increased from 0.65% to 1.2%,PCL of flooded Pb Ca alloy battery did not reduce markedly.The capacity of battery suffering from PCL could be restored to the normal level by both high temperature method and reverse charging after overdischarge,but it decreased quickly during cycling.Effects of various forming processes on premature capacity loss were focused on.The effect of process parameters,such as electrolyte density,electrolyte additives,soaking time after filling and the cooling method,were studied.Test results show that flooded Pb Ca alloy battey treated at high forming temperature are fallible to PCL.However,decreasing the forming temperature and the density of forming acid as well as adding electrolyte additive N can suppress PCL effectively and improve cycling endurance of the battery.
