Objective To grasp the population distribution, seasonal dynamic of mosquitoes, the occurrence and risk assessment of mosquito-borne diseases. Methods The lamp-trapping method was used to mosquito monitoring. Mosquito-borne diseases were conducted by the method of special monitoring program. And risk assessment was completed using the method proposed by ZENG Xiao-peng. Results Culex fatigans and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus were the dominant populations in urban and rural area respectively. The average density of mosquito was 5.73 insect/ （ lamp ~ hour）. The peak period was from June to September. During 2008 -2010 ,the incidence of Malaria increased year after year. While there were no epidemic encephalitis B and Dengue during 2007 - 2010, no imported Dengue case either. Conclusion The occurrence risk of malaria, epidemic encephalitis B and dengue are negligible 1 1 evel, but the monitoring of mosquito-borne diseases should be strengthened and improved.
