恶性肿瘤患者合并血小板数量增加已成共识，其聚集功能的异常变化亦有报道，但有关肿瘤病人离体血小板电泳速度（Pletelet Electrophoresis Velocity，PEV）及其在体微循环中血小板与纤维蛋白形成的白色微小血栓（wreite Microthromlosis，WMT）的计数分析未见或所见报道甚少，而血流因素和血栓形成无论对于肿瘤病人血栓栓塞，还是促进肿瘤转移和预警疾病进程都有重要的作用。
Objective: To observe platelete counting indexes,electrophoresis velocity,conglomeration function and white microthrombus in nailfold microcirculation of patients with malignant. Method: Platelet counting indexes (PLT,MPV,Pct,PDW) and its electrophoresis velocity(PEV) and max conglomeration ratio(Ma%),as well as white microthrombus(WMT) were examined by corresponding apparatus in 121 patients with malignancies and healthy controls. Results: In malignant patients PLT,MPV,Pct,PDW were increased(P<0.05～0.01),and PEV was slowed down(P<0.05),and Ma% was significantly increased after ADP induction(P<0.01) and ADR induction(P<0.05),and WMT has been seen in majority patients. Conclusion: The changes of the above latoratory data are importment for studing diseases progression tumor metustasis and thrombosis prognostic eveluation.
