摘要 白细胞介素-24(IL-24)基因是迄今为止发现的唯一一个既能抑制肿瘤细胞生长和血管形成,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,又能刺激表达细胞因子,促进机体抗肿瘤免疫应答效应,但对正常细胞的生长和死亡却无影响的基因。目前,在肿瘤学领域已经成为研究的热点。瘢痕疙瘩本质上属于实体瘤的一种,因此,关于IL-24的研究的深入有望为肿瘤及类肿瘤样病理组织瘢痕疙瘩的治疗提供新的思路。 Interleukin- 24 (IL- 24) gene is the only found gene, that can inhibit tumor cells growth and angiogenesis, induce apoptosis in tumor cells. At the same time, it can also stimulate the expression of cytokines, promote anti - tumor immune effect, while leaving no effect on the normal cells growth and death. Currently, it has become a hot research in the field of oncology. In fact, Keloid belongs to one of the solid tumors. Therefore, deep studies of IL - 24 are expected to provide new ideas for the treatment of tumors and keloid, pathological tissue with tumor similar quality.
